Offer says free garlic bread over £15 I spent £15.20 asked for a free garlic bread with tomato - no free garlic bread so I called she said oh we have ran out of dough so I said could I buy one she replied “yes” I said surely it’s the same dough. No garlic bread and no apology or resolution but to try and lie just strange. Won’t order again.

We found a big lump of gristle in the burger and the chips were very soggy. Food wasn’t that great all round. We’ve eaten here before too when going to my mums house but it wasn’t nice this time round.

Order was given an hour delivery window, didn’t turn up in that hour. Called up asking where it was and it still wasn’t done. I cancelled my order, hoping I get my money back because I payed 21 pound and didn’t even get a call to mention it was busy in the shop and that it was taking longer that estimated

Love this place foods always tastes good and is hot on arrival. Only thing I would suggest is check your order before the delivery driver leaves as I had an item missing but couldn’t be bothered to call and complain.

Forgot my sauces for the second time, when I rang them they said they would send some out ASAP, waited over an hour and still not arrived, when I rang again they was very rude to me and put the phone down. Very poor customer service, will no longer be using this takeaway again.......
